Due to the number of hoppers and their infrequent need for charging they did not feel that it was going to be cost effective to purchase a bulk bag unloader for each one.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"margin-top: 25px;\">SOLUTION<\/h5>\n<p>Hapman provided the solution by combining their standard fork lift style bulk bag unloader with a Series 400 Helix flexible screw conveyor and a mobile frame. A bag agitator, vibrator, and level sensor helped to assure an efficient transfer of material.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"margin-top: 25px;\">RESULT<\/h5>\n<p>The customer was able to transfer the ground limestone from their bulk bags at a rate of 15,000 PPH (3.25 CFM) into each individual hopper as needed.
